Runner heat exchanger
The wheel type heat exchanger is composed of wheel core, seal, shell and power mechanism. The honeycomb wheel core is used as the transfer medium to absorb energy from high temperature gas and release it in low temperature gas to realize the energy conversion between gas and gas. The core component of the wheel type heat exchanger is a honeycomb wheel that rotates continuously at the speed of 10-12 rpm.
working principle:
The special aluminum foil is used as the carrier of the rotating core. The non-toxic, tasteless and environment-friendly heat storage and moisture absorption materials are synthesized by high-tech method, and the honeycomb runner with heat storage and moisture absorption performance is made. The metal box assembled in a left and right or upper and lower separation areas is driven by the drive device through the belt to rotate the rotor. In summer, when the indoor exhaust air passes through the heat recovery runner, the wheel core absorbs the cooling capacity of the air in the room, reduces the temperature and moisture content. When the wheel core is turned to the air inlet side to contact with the outdoor fresh air, the runner releases the cooling capacity and absorbs the moisture to the high-temperature fresh air, so as to cool and wet the fresh air. In winter, on the contrary, the temperature and humidity of high-tech wind will rise. By recovering the cooling heat in the exhaust air, the cooling capacity and heating capacity of the air conditioning system are reduced, and the purpose of energy saving is achieved. Because the state point of fresh air is not in the comfort of human body, it needs to be heated or cooled, dehumidified or humidified. For example, the energy recovery and reuse of exhaust air will greatly improve the energy consumption of fresh air. The total heat exchanger is to use the fresh air to exchange sensible heat and latent heat to recover energy. In summer, the fresh air can be precooled and dehumidified, and in winter, the fresh air can be preheated and humidified. Its heat recovery efficiency can reach 70% ~ 90%. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring enough fresh air replacement in the room, the cooling load and power consumption in the operation of the air conditioner are reduced, and the air conditioner really becomes a new type of healthy, energy-saving and environmental protection air conditioner!
advantage:
Full heat exchange, high efficiency; through speed control, it can adapt to different outdoor air parameters; it can be applied to the exhaust system with high temperature.
Disadvantages:
Too large volume, large occupation area; fixed position of connecting pipe, poor flexibility of piping; transmission parts, energy consumption; cross infection in the process of heat exchange; large pressure loss, easy to dirty; short service life, and longer use, more serious efficiency degradation.
