Programme requirements
The heat recovery exhaust temperature of chemical industry is relatively high, the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is large, the heat pipe is driven by the temperature difference, the greater the temperature difference, the higher the heat recovery efficiency, and the heat recovery device is required to have a certain degree of corrosion resistance. For this kind of project, the heat pipe selects high-temperature resistant medium and corrosion-resistant material, ensuring the stable energy recovery throughout the year.
Scheme description
According to the owner's and design requirements, our company has designed and installed three batches of heat recovery heat pipe units. This project is used for the recovery of the residual heat of the battery plant. The air contains corrosive gas and requires high temperature resistant heat pipe. Here, the working condition of one of them is selected for analysis, and the specific design parameters are as follows:
Before HRM heat recovery heat pipe of our company is installed in the surface cooler, the heat of 110 ℃ high-temperature air discharged from the outdoor is recycled to heat the fresh air of 12 ℃. According to the calculation, the temperature difference of 52 ℃ can be achieved, with remarkable effect. At the same time, the high temperature exhaust air is cooled to 60 ℃ to reduce the impact on the atmospheric environment.

Saving cooling capacity of surface cooler: taking a 40200m ³ / h fresh air air conditioner as an example, compared with the conventional treatment process, the heat pipe heat recovery type air conditioner can save 707.4kw.
